I have a question for a staff member
 I need to know what zoning district my property is in

I am selling or refinancing, and my bank/realtor/attorney is asking me for a Certificate of Compliance.
 
I need a Listers’ card, showing dimensions and assessment information

I need to place a temporary sign for an event, along the public right-of-way
I think I may need a building permit/zoning permit?

Staff has indicated that my application needs to go before the Development Review Board before my permit can be approved.  Can you help me understand that process?

I’ve finished construction and need to schedule an inspection with staff for a certificate of occupancy
