The Development Review Board (DRB) is a seven-member board and currently has one alternate. The DRB is a quasi-judicial board authorized under VSA 24 §4460 to carry out a variety of functions, including review of development proposals and handling administrative appeals. To find out if your application requires review by the DRB, to schedule a hearing, or to review current applications under consideration, please contact the Office of Planning and Zoning.
