To Middlebury Water Customers,
The Town of Middlebury is in the process of installing new, updated meter reading endpoints for select customers, as the first generation cell endpoints have become obsolete and are no longer supported by our vendor.
As indicated above, not all customers are impacted, but you should call or email to find out if you need an appointment. We are currently in the Buttolph Drive and surrounding areas but will be making our way all around town.
Please be aware that if your gen 1 endpoint has not been updated yet you can expect to see an estimate of your usage on the March bill.
The replacement process will require us to have access to your water meter and approximately fifteen minutes of your time. Please contact us ASAP to make the arrangements. Appointment times can be from 7:00 AM until 3:00 PM, Monday through Friday and 7:00 AM to noon on Saturday. Appointments can be for a specific time or a block of time during which you will be available.
