A Work in the Town Right-of-Way Permit is necessary anytime work is performed on public property involving driveways, culverts, drainage ditches, cutting into pavement / sidewalks / curbing, excavations or any other alterations. Please include a check for $100, made out to the Town of Middlebury, when you submit your application.
